Terms of Services & Privacy Policies

Upon Check-In we require personal documentation (Passport or National ID) and payment (first night minimum). All Deposits are non-refundable. Check in is between 14hr - 23hr. Check out is at 1130hr. No smoking on premises. No pets. Front door is closed between 1hr - 8hr. City Tax charged per person per night (30dh/person/night). For mixed or Moroccan couples, we require an authorized marriage document upon check-in. A service charge will be added to all credit card payments. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Guests are responsible for damaged property, stains and smells. We are not liable for any injury or theft. Parking is available at Bab Marrakech or Moulay Hassan. Disputes will be resolved by management. If your booking was made through a third party booking agency and you need to modify or cancel your booking you must inquire through that third party agency.

Hotel Riad Dar L’Qdima’s website is hosted by Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the platform to sell our services and products. Your information may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by TL Management adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. 

 

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, resolve a dispute, collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions, to send updates about Riad Dar L’Qdima or TL Management or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages and postal mail.
